Simply click on the word logout on the banner that runs across the top of each page. You will be taken to the main page of the Comporium web site.
To EXIT, always use the LOG OFF button then CLOSE/EXIT your browser. This will ensure the confidentiality of your account.

How do I sign up?
Answer:
• Simply, go to www.comporium.com and click on pay your bill above the Google search bar, or view / pay your bill under Popular Links.
• Your username and password are found on your Comporium bill.
• Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the site agreement page, which explains the terms of use of the site.
• You will click on either agree or disagree.
• If you click on agree, you will be taken directly to a screen that requires you to change your password, provide your mother's maiden name as well as your valid e-mail address.
• After you reset your password, you will be allowed to navigate the site.
• You will be notified via postal mail that your account has been activated.

How do I view previous Comporium bills?
Answer:
With Online Billing, you can view up to six months of past bills. Simply click on the View Summary option on the navigational bar at the top of each page. In the upper right hand corner, there is a drop down box that states choose a prior invoice to view. Click on the drop down box and select the month that you would like to view, then click on the "Click To View" button.

How will I be notified when my bill is available for viewing and paying online?
Answer:
Depending on your monthly billing cycle, you may be notified on the 1st, 6th, 16th or 26th of each month via e-mail that your bill is now available to be viewed and paid online. Unless you select the paperless option to opt out of receiving your paper bill each month, you will continue to receive your bill via postal mail.

If I am making a payment dated today, can I cancel it after I have clicked on the Submit button?

Your account would be debited each month at the same time your payment would normally be due depending on the billing cycle that you are in. Bank drafts schedule is as follows:
• 1st Cycle bills - 10th
• 2nd Cycle bills - 18th
• 3rd Cycle bills - 26th
• 4th Cycle bills - 23rd
Should the date fall on the weekend, then the account is drafted the following Monday.

This button will take you to a screen that allows you to type in your question or concern. When submitting an issue, please include a telephone number where you can be reached between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.(Monday through Friday). You may also contact your local Comporium Communications retail location.

If you have multiple accounts (i.e. Cable TV, Internet, and Telephone) with Comporium that are billed separately, you will need to enter each account number and password separately to access those bills. You can reuse the password as each account is uniquely identified with its own password.
